Among the duties and the responsibilities assigned to iConsult CEO as Interim CEO, COO, or General Manager until such time as an executive is hired, such duties and responsibilities will include supervision and oversight of the organization’s financial management operations; supervision of all departments, directs, administers, and coordinates the activities of the organization in support of policies, goals, and objectives established by the Owner, President, and/or the Board of Directors by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers.
